Why You Should Read This: This story has everything that appealed to me as a slash reader, from Nick & Monroe being themselves (which in itself is quite slashy), to being a case fic that they work together, to them posing as a couple – which of course leads them to both recognize their feelings for each other. The characters here are spot-on, and it’s unmistakable how clear their voices are in the fic. My only complaint is that this is the only Grimm fic that the author has written; talent like that needs to continue in the fandom!
