Coming Home ‘Verse by Xanthe

Why You Should Read This:
Because you can’t not read it. It’s one of those series in the fandom that MUST be read. It does have a heavy BDSM theme and it does have some disturbing themes. I love the hell out of it. I listed them in the order that I read them and I’m almost positive that’s the chronological order as well. I think “Coming Home” was written after “The General and Dr. Sheppard” as a prequel.

CAUTION: These fics are HUGE. They’ll eat your brain.

General & Dr. Sheppard (SGA)
An accident with Ancient technology sucks a John and Rodney from an alternate universe onto Atlantis – and they have very different ideas about sex, marriage and relationships.

Hiding in Plain Sight (SGA & NCIS Crossover)
When a serial killer murders three marines on Atlantis, NCIS are called in to investigate. However, their arrival brings complications for everyone – revealing a lie, a prophecy, a secret and a nemesis.

Life is short -- read as much as you can.

  1. i was a virgin BDSM reader when i read those fics first, they rock my little world because i haven’t a clue about this world, the submission etc, i was thinking than it was a abnormal world and she open my mind.

Can be rough when you’re a newbie but if you persist it’s lovely, can be sweet and you surrender yourself at her writing.

My fav is the second because the clash between the visitors of the other universe and our poor guys so alone.

I shall love that one day a writer writes a sequel in the second fic when john and rodney learn to use thepresents left by the general and his sub rodney.

  2. I adore these fics and am glad there are many others out there as well. The third story was what actually got me interested in watching NCIS again. Thanks for sharring the links! ^__^

  3. I keep these three novels near my nighttable and dig into at least one
    every night.
I wouldn’t admit this to anyone but you Keira cause I know how you
feel about Xanthe’s fic..I love so many people’s work but Xanthe’s
    keeps me focussed.
I’m sure there are others who feel somewhat the same. What a gift she’s
    given us.
