This is more a blending of fandoms fic than a cross over. Very long excellent fic which despite having the characters in a setting that is so so not their norm, it works.
Yes, this really was awesome. A fusion that worked and was fun, had great plot and a long slow burn of sexy Peter/Neal. Also Vulcans that are friends with Cadet Neal and like Instructor Burke. There is no universe where that isn’t great. Any fan of Trek or WC should love this story.
