Summary:

Meanwhile, Ianto Jones is just trying to figure out why the Doctor kidnapped him to the 51st century and why Jack abandoned him at a school for the Fleet’s military elite. He suspects it may have something to do with Lo, but his attempts to help the troubled young veteran may damage his own timestream beyond repair.

The Lo ‘Verse is two stories I Were the Heavens and Your Face is Turned. The first story is fairly short and is not slash, but it is the prequel to the second story, a long exploration of how Ianto Jones helps heal a young man from the Boeshane Peninsula. Like all stories that Sam writes, reading it is like eating really first class chocolate and sipping something deliciously alcoholic while soaking in a warm bathtub.
And the ending is especially satisfying for reasons I can’t tell you. Spoilers.
