Since Reverse Bang 2013 is about finished posting, thought it was time to dust off a piece from a previous year. And we haven’t had any McKay/Sheppard fic rec’d here in a while, so I thought I’d fix that, too!

DWG created an amazing piece of art that Auburn has more than done justice to.
Rodney is alone, imprisoned on an alien planet with a broken Stargate. His team is captured and, to keep them alive, he must do the work required by his captors. That his work bodes nothing good for humanity for the work they want is a weapon of mass destruction, is a challenge and a curse.
The story of how Rodney got to here, his relationship with John and the inevitable (and ambiguous) ending adds to the power of the story.
