Why You Should Read This:
This is an AU in which Gibbs impregnated a classmate before he met Shannon, but the girl never let him know until his teenaged daughter decided to find her birth father. Her name is Abigail Sciuto. Abby really enjoys being Tony’s stepdaughter.
This nice long story is a series of cases, each at least as good as the ones in canon, all of which take place while Tony and Gibbs work out the complexities of family. Abby and Gibbs have decided to quit hiding their relationship, while Tony and Gibbs decide that they need to keep their relationship a secret from Director Shepard at the very least. Dodging her, learning how to live together, solving case after case, they work it all out.
The story is well plotted and written, though it is very light in tone. The sex is off-stage <pout>. This is mostly a quiet little love story that was a lot of fun for me.
