Why You Should Read This: It’s a neat premise, the intimate scenes are hot, and the h/c makes me feel warm and fuzzy. Be forewarned that it’s *fiction*, so the sexytimes take precedence, and the nitty-gritty of emotional and physical recovery from trauma are glossed over. If that’s going to bother you, then you should likely skip this. If you like the thought of Mike being able to reign in his puppy-like excitability when it matters and really bring his Domminess (yeah, I just made that word up) to the fore, helping Harvey slide beautifully down into a space where he wallows in Mike’s approval, praise, and touch, you should read this. Also, AvaKelly’s scene with chains is *hot*. Just sayin’.
See, the thing is I am not much into this fandom, though there have been a few stories I liked. I am definitely not into BDSM, though I enjoyed Xanthe’s ‘verse and I love Keira’s Ties that Bind. I am now going to add this story to that very short list of BDSM stories I like. Thanks for the great rec.
